No Returns, No Exchange:
All Busy Knots products are handmade and go through rigorous quality checks before they are shipped to you. It is important to maintain high standards of hygiene and we thus do not accept returns or exchanges.
- In the unlikely event that the item you purchased is defective, we do offer a replacement or a full refund; or
- In case we inadvertently ship to you wrong items, we will replace them with the correct items or offer you a refund,
In such cases, please follow the procedure detailed below. Do note that since each product is made by hand, it will have its own unique characteristics and individuality. Therefore, minor design/colour/texture variation is not a fault but in fact adds to the charm of owning a unique piece.
Procedure to claim replacement or refunds
In case you receive defective items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us on email@example.com, quoting your order number and specifying the details of the defects. We would appreciate hearing from you at your earliest convenience upon receiving the product. However, if we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will not be able to offer a refund/replacement.
To qualify for a refund/replacement, the item must be returned to us in original packing, in the same condition in which it was received.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Note: Busy Knots team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer or in case the products are found not to have had any manufacturing defect.
In case you inadvertently receive the wrong items
If you receive a defective item, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your order number and specifying the details, within 7 days of receipt and we will coordinate collecting the items. Upon receipt of the returned product(s), we will fully examine them and initiate the process of refund or a replacement.
To return the defective item we will coordinate the pickup from the address where the items were originally shipped. In case the items are found to be defective and qualify for a refund, then your refund will include the shipping charges as well.
